On our way to a retirement in Opelika in an RV when the check/stop engine light came on. We stopped on the side of the freeway about 20 miles from our destination and called our son. He knew of this place, called them. They responded immediately did a temporary repair and worked us in 2 days later for a complete repair This family-owned business truly knows the meaning of customer service. RV's are not their preferred business but they went out of their way to get our repairs done and on our way.

02-10-26 at approx 17:20. I was right around the corner at a lumber yard getting loaded when I noticed a bad hub oil seal leak on my front drive axle. I called the shop and spoke with a very polite lady who told me they were about to close, but if I came straight over, they would still get someone out to look at it with an additional after hours fee. Fair enough. I arrived in about 20 minutes. A tall, skinny older guy was closing the gate, but he opened it back up when he saw me pulling in. He told me to pull up next to a truck next to the garage. As soon as I parked and stepped out, the first thing he asked was, βIs that Blair out of Birmingham, Alabama?β I told him yes. His response: βI donβt work on Blair trucks. They donβt like to pay people.β Iβve been with Blair for five years and have never had or heard of any payment issues. Even if that were true, Iβm an owner op of two trucks, I can pay on the spot. He didnβt care. He repeated that he would not work on a Blair truck under any circumstances. So I simply said alright and left. If youβre a P&S or Blair driver or leased on to Blair Logistics, donβt waste your time stopping here. The lady on the phone was helpful, but the

They went out of their way right after a snow storm to repair my truck when the shop was closed. Excellent work and reasonable prices. Very friendly people with a family atmosphere.

Jared was the one that worked on my truck. Hes a very polite young man. Nice, down to Earth did a real good job. They said they would have me in 4 o'clock in the afternoon or first thing tomorrow they had me in 2 o'clock this afternoon and I rolled out of there at about 5:30 3hour and 30min. Job well done, East Alabama tractor-trailer & equipment. If you're in the area, I would recommend. Have your truck worked on here.

Not sure where these low reviews had their work done but I suspect it wasn't here. I had electrical issues. No brake lights on the trailer. Joey came out to the Loves truck stop and began to chase down the problem to no avail. Before I called them I did the same thing, I just didn't look as professional doing it since the frustration was building up and drivers kept asking me if I was leaving soon. Very few parking spaces. We agreed I would bring the problem to this shop for more in depth diagnostics. It wasn't looking very promising because now the three of us were coming to the same conclusion. Yes ... The F word. I might have to take it to freightliner. Jeff worked the problem 60 ways to Sunday. Couldn't make sense of this issue when the reality was, everything he tried should have fixed the problem. Undeterred, Jeff decided to get under the truck and chase down the problem before giving up. Freightliner had installed a second Sam chassis module between the cab and the back of the sleeper. I've been under the truck many times and never noticed it because it was buried in the frame rail. Found a blown 30 amp fuse, the same position fuse that's in the first Sam chassis module .
